Returns and Exchanges
If you choose to exchange for another size or wish to receive a refund, email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or just send it back with a note stating what you would like to do. Please note that any gear returned must be unused and unaltered and returned within four weeks of when you received it, otherwise items will be refused.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and processed your refund. Typically this is within one business day, however, it can sometimes take up to three business days.
Be sure to try your new gear as soon as you receive it so you will know how well it fits or if you need to exchange it for another size, and so you have adequate time to return it within the exchange warranty period.
Return Policy Exception: Return policy does NOT apply to wholesale accounts and special custom orders designed by customers. A custom item is one that goes beyond the required prompts during product ordering (color, weight, height, chest, embroidered items, etc.).
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
